I had my baby on 2/15 and have been ebf which has gone extremely well. About a week ago she started spitting up every once in awhile which I put off as normal since it wasn't very often and it wasn't a big amount. Then a few days ago she started projectile vomiting and having a lot of spit up after every feeding. We went to the doctor and have had testing done because they thought she had pyloric stenosis (sp?). And as of right now she does not have that but they are now thinking she just has severe acid reflux and want to start medicine. I have been thinking that she is just over eating or that my let down was too fast making her puke a lot more.
So I guess my question is, is there any way to feed her that would make it easier for her to eat without her eating so fast? Or that would help out with the vomiting?
Please help!

you are headed down a very, very hard road. Exclusively pumping is MUCH more difficult in the long run than just nursing. I have done it both ways, and I would much rather breastfeed.
I had this problem with every baby, and that is all it is. Baby will get bigger and better able to cope, and you won't always have a firehose letdown.
