My main concern for you in this situation is being uncomfortable due to not being able to pump. If you nurse on demand all weekend it will help bring your supply back up and then Monday you are probably going to feel very full and risk plugged ducts, etc. Are you thinking of doing a mix of BF and FF on the weekends, too?
All of the women above are suggesting to try pumping in the car, and I don't want you to think that we are just saying "suck it up and do it". Even if you have decided to supplement during daycare, getting in one good pumping session per day will go a long way in preserving your own breast health by avoiding plugged ducts and help maintain a fairly good supply so you might be able to continue EBFing on the other 3 days of the week.
I have pumped a few times in the car and it is not as bad as I would have thought. Please, give it a try.
