I said in the chit chat thread I would post my smoothie recipe. I adapted this from someone else's recipe I saw online. I use my baby bullet's milling blade to powder some of the ingredients.
1/2 cup full fat milk
1/3 cup oats, milled
1 tsp fenugreek seeds, milled
1/2 tbsp brewers yeast
1/2 banana (you can cut into chunks and freeze)
1 tbsp molasses (I use blackstrap)
1/2 cup full fat yogurt (can freeze this in ice cube trays)
1/2 cup frozen fruit (I used mixed berries)
I don't freeze anything, just use frozen fruit. But if you wanted to use fresh fruit you could easily freeze the milk or the yogurt...
Its quite chunky but it tastes good.
