Mashed carrot, squashed beans and peas, boiled shredded meat (like chicken from a soup).

We started with steak. Okay, it was the first food we offered that he was interested in. Cut into long wide strips, he sucked and sucked on it.

How old are your little ones...my DD is 6 months and shuts her mouth when she sees the spoon but like exploring using her hands if I give her food. Do you slice the bananas? I tried avacodo but it kept slipping out of her hands.
