    Default let down question

Baby is 8.5 months. We're dealing with impatience at my slow letdown - I know he's latched fine. . . I just take sometimes forever to letdown. Any thoughts on how to speed this up? I try to relax. I try to not think about it (but then I think about not thinking about it -- vicious cycle! )

    Thanks!

Try putting a warm washcloth on your breast right before your lo latches on.
