    Default Donating my liquid gold....

I want to donate some of my liquid gold to a mommy and baby in need. I currently don't pump at all. What is the best way to boost my supply?

Pick a time of day and start pumping. Double electric, but even better would be to rent a hospital grade. Get the right sized horns.

Thank you for the info. The information in that video will come in handy. Also....is it best to pump after I nurse my lo? and how many times a day should I pump?

If you want to increase your supply then yes its best to pump after nursing. Start out just pumping a couple times a day and see what your supply does. You don't want to create OS and its easier to get used to pumping than to just do it a bunch of times a day all at once. You won't get much at first bit it will get more and more. It's so great you are going to be giving your milk I'm trying to do the same for my SIL with twins.

FYI- look carefully into the milk banks and make sure they are using your milk as you intended some of the banks are for formula research and milk is not used for babies.
Also, if you donate to a bank for neonates you can not be using fenugreek. They refused a ton of my milk bc I had been drinking mothers milk tea.
