BF's DD is now 3.5 weeks old. Breastfeeding is going great although she has OALD. They've compensated for it by establishing themselves with the laid back position. I'm SO proud of them!!
The problem she's encountering now is that the position doesn't exactly lend itself to NIP. Like most first time Mom's she'd like to be discreet and know that she's not flashing anyone. She's trying to get her to take to the cross-over hold but it's slow going. Has anyone NIP successfully with the laid back position? Or is learning a new position the only way to go? She's got a little cabin fever and really needs out. Although she can pump and give a bottle, it gives baby terrible gas so breast would be preferable.
