Default pumping for a 6 month old

How often is everyone pumping at work? I'm away about 10 hours. I tried all different combinations when I first went back to work and they all yielded the same supply. It is getting on the lower end these days. He does fall in the 1oz to 1.5oz guideline so for that I'm thankful. Just wondering what everyone else it doing out there. I've fallen into 2 really long pump sessions at work...30 or so minutes.

The recommendation is to pump about every 2-3 hours. There is a current research study that shows it is much more efficient and better for your supply to pump more often instead of longer and less often.

Try car pumping to work in an extra session or two to boost your supply.
