Default going away for 2 nights...

i am very close to pump weaning, but no where close to weaning my ds. i am going away for 2 nights mid may without my boys. i am not getting much from my pump now and intend to stop pumping within a few weeks since my lo will be 1.

i am worried b/c i cannot seem to pump more than 7 oz daily, but baby is fully satiated when i am with him.

if i pump twice daily for the two days i am gone will my supply be down when i return home (i will probably still be nursing him 4-5 x daily)? i do not want this trip to be the cause of my weaning. i am afraid i will be dry when i come home since i am no longer responding well to the pump. if i take a few month break from the pump do you think it will work for me again when i am away for the weekend?

i am leaving on a friday morn and will be home sun evening. i will nurse fri am and prob twice on sunday. i will then nurse on demand on mon and tue with back to work on wed...

You will need to pump while gone, and while you might not get much, it will help.

I wonder if your pump is dying. Maybe a short term rental for those days will help.
