    Default only feel let down on left side?

    is it normal to only feel let down on one side? does that mean the other side isnt getting the same nutrients ?

    Normal. Often the presence/absence or strength of the letdown sensation is related to the amount of milk in the breast. The more milk, the more likely you are to feel the letdown. Since many moms find they have more milk in one breast than the other, it's certainly possible to feel letdowns on one side and not the other. It has nothing to do with the nutritional quality of the milk, though!
