    Default handpumping> effective than electric?

am I using my medela double elctric pump wrongly?
I tried it and find that hand expressing is so much faster than using an electric pump?
Am I using the pump wrongly or are there women who find it faster to manually hand pump?

I don't find it faster to manually express but I do find that the PISA can't empty me, so to speak. When I finish pumping I manually express at least another ounce. If I do manual expression alone it takes me longer to get the same amount as with PISA, but I can get more if I have the time. I wish I had the money to try a different pump.
