Exclamation OMG - What is going on w/ my supply???

I know I've posted thoughts/concerns/venting on here before but now I'm flat out freaking out!

I was on vacation all last week so I don't know if this has anything to do with my issue..

    - I EBF DD when she's with me
    - I pump when at work
    - I do compressions
    - I take Fenugreek
    - I pump 4x a day on weekdays, 1x on weekends
    - I feed on demand
    - we started solids on the 21st when DD turned 6 mo.
    - I drink to thirst
    - AF hasn't returned
    - I have a PISA and have new tubing and membranes

I am freaking out now because I am getting 3-4 oz less each day this week than usual, DD acts like she's still hungry but I'm empty (small possibility of teething but I don't know). I used to be able to feed from one side in the wee hours of the morning and pump but now that doesn't seem so sure anymore either.

We feed her 1oz of veggies in the evenings...

Plus her diapers aren't as full as they used to be.

Am I losing my milk or having a really bad week???

Potential causes for what you're experiencing:
    - Your period is about to return, and you're experiencing a typical premenstrual supply drop.
    - You're pregnant...?
    - That vacation you were on last week screwed with your output due to the change in your routine.
    - Your baby is teething- and she is 6 months old, right? So she is almost sure to be teething whether or not you see teeth through her gums.
    - You're experiencing a normal leveling-out of supply.

    Best things you can do:
    - Nurse, nurse, nurse.
    - Pump, pump, pump. This may mean adding in some pumping sessions, something many long-time pumping moms have to do from time to time to boost supply and make up for shortfalls in output.
    - Herbs: have a bowl of oatmeal, drink some fenugreek tea.

I thought "pregnant?" as well. Is that a possibility? It's one of the only things that can cause a very sudden reduction in supply. Otherwise, you may see some ups and downs or some bumps in the road, but it shouldn't be a radical change in supply, and it's more likely behavioral issues (teething, sickness) with your baby.

Pregnancy shouldn't be an option..I guess it could but slim to none. I'm on the mini pill and we don't have sex that often right now. I'm going to try to add a pumping session after DD goes to bed..

How long have you been on the mini-pill? Some moms find that hormonal contraception- even the mini-pill which is supposed to be BF-friendly- can negatively impact supply.

Okay, in that case it's probably not responsible for sinking your supply. But if you do have trouble getting your supply to bounce back, you migt want to consider the possibility that switching to a different form of birth control might help. There's no guarantee, but it could be worht a try if nothing else is working.

Have you checked the brand new tubing for leaks?
Have you tried "over hydrating"? I found drinking to thirst never worked for me. I had to drink A.LOT of water. And hated how often I had to pee it was as bad as being pregnant.
Oatmeal for breakfast and lactation cookies for snack

Is your period back? The few days before mine my supply dropped a lot and I almost always had to take a bag out of the freezer

If I am here I am covered in baby (probably two) and fighting for control of the keyboard.

Wondering if you have PPD? Take the screening and see your doctor. You deserve to feel better.

There are lots of different recipes. Basically they are cookies with lots of natural galactologues in. Here are two.
