Hands free nursing w/ big breasts

I use a dog bone shape pillow that was made for neck support when riding in a car or on a airplane. It is just the right size to fit under my working breast wether I am sitting up or lying on my side. It lifts my breast up well enough for my LO to latch on and is comfortable for both of us. The pillow I have is easily washable so keeping things clean is easy. I have two of them so i can keep going.

Hmm, interesting product. But seems a little specific for my personal preference -- (when using a wrap, you can get a similar position with a cradle hold... or once they're older, just do an upright carry / nursing position with a wrap or SSC).
