max has used mam (maam? Mamm?) since he was an infant, they're the only ones he'll keep in his mouth.

Mine was more interested in her thumb - at 16 months she doesn't use it much anymore.

My little guy would only take the MAM ones, and only until about 4 months old. Now, I don't think he would take a binky to save his life

Thanks ladies, we will try the mam ones. I kind of don't want her to end up like ds who sucks his fingers and it seems it will be impossible to get him to ever stop.

i think they're gonna do what they're gonna do, really. My niece started out on mam's too, and now relentlessly sucks on her fingers, backwards. It's such a toss up! I remember in the early days driving and being terrified if we didn't have six binkies with us!!

Mam here, too... and he didn't even start taking those until 7 months. I had tried all of the other brands when he was a newborn, then randomly picked up some Mams right before a road trip at 7 months and he loved them.

Well she took a nuk one that is latex(? I think) instead of silicone. Hopefully this will make car rides more bearable so she isn't sobbing the whole time and stressing out ds.
