    Default Reheating breastmilk

Hi! I was told that I can heat milk twice before tossing it.

So I would heat milk once and then refrigerate the left over milk, then reheat it once more.

Is this safe? If so how long is it safe for?

I believe you can, in fact, heat it twice. But only twice. And never using a microwave. http://www.kellymom.com/bf/pumping/r...essedmilk.html
