    Default Foremilk/hindmilk balance

    Hi!

My sweet baby girl and I had a pretty rough time with not getting enough hindmilk. I never want her to experience this again. I know she is getting enough hindmilk when I nurse, but what about when I pump? How do I know each bottle has a good mixture? She hasn't received a bottle yet but I returning to work in a week and have been trying to pump for storage.

    Thanks!

Mix your bottles. So when you go back to work, take all the bottles from the day and pour them into one and then divvy them into your feeding bottles. That equalizes the milkfats.
