Default One side not responding to pump

I am using a Symphony and one side is not responding to the pump. The only way I can get a good output is to massage it, otherwise I just get drips the whole time. It even will feel full, but not much comes out with the pump. I have tried different size shields and nothing is working. Any ideas?

Thx for the response. Just for the heck of it, I tried the size 36 shield that I had and it helped so much. I never thought I would need that size3. I uped the size on the other side too and that helped also. It doesnt hurt anymore either.

I'm the same way. According to charts, I shouldn't need that size, but I do. That finally made most of the soreness go away (I'm still sore, almost 10 months in).
