Default Calling all block feeders...night time confusion

Hey, I just wanted to see if there are any other block feeders who get confused at night time? I mean, lose track of which breast you are on? Because you are half asleep.

That happens to me! Most times I can remember if it's the first or second time on one side, but sometimes, I just can't remember!!

It's not that big of a problem, but I think it's funny, so I wanted to see if that happened with anyone else!

No. Because every time I feed him I change side of the bed. I crawl over the baby and move for each feeding

I forget all the time! Sometimes I feed so much on one side I wake up noticeably lopsided . Some nights I don't even remember how many times I fed dd...dh will say, "Geez, you didn't get much sleep last night!" And I will say, "Really?"

    We laugh about it alot!

I'm so tired I lose track during the day! It helps to look at which side of the couch the pillows are propped up on.

That's funny about looking at the pillows!

Yeah, I forget the number of times he eats at night too (he's still a snacker, even at night about every 2 hrs! Luckily for me, we both usually only half wake up.). I do 2 feedings on 1 side before switching, instead of strict 4 hr blocks...this is why I don't change sides in the bed with each feed. Less moving around at night is better for me too. Just confusing sometimes!

    Thanks for your responses, mamas!
