Thread: quick question

    Default quick question

question....so yesterday I left work with my pumped milk and went to my MIL's house. I forgot the milk was in the car until 3 hours after I took it out of the fridge at work PLEASE say it is okay. I immediately took it in to my MIL's fridge and that is where it has been ever since. It was still maybe a touch cool-ish when I remembered it.

    so...is it okay?

Taste and smell it. If it seems good then it should be okay.

Use it. Breastmilk is Ok out at room temp for up to 10 hours. In a cooler....I'll use it for 24 hours, knowing it was chilled for probably half of that time. I do this all the time.
