    Default transition sippy

I am looking for a good sippy to transition from bottles for Sam (7 months). It seems there are a million new ones on the market since I shopped for Max. Any good recomendations? With Max we just used the NUK ones.

It think its still gonna depend on the preference of the LO. Neither of mine liked a "traditional" sippy cup. We did soft-spout ones to start (nuby style) and then went really soon to straw cups.

http://www.amazon.com/Sippy-Straw-Cl.../dp/B00386KEEK It's been a few years since I thought about sippies, but Wyatt refused them entirely. He didn't want to suck that hard. So the straw ones worked better for us. Well, that, and using regular sippies with the suction thing removed. But they weren't spill-proof at all.

Some of the straw cups with the valves are impossible to clean. I particularly disliked the nuby straw cup. I also don't like the Camelbak water bottles cause the bite valve part gets nasty and is hard to clean.

We use pipecleaners (or whatever the P.C. name is) that I heisted from DS1 art supplies. Works great.
