    What foods would contribute to making fattier breastmilk?

    Mom's diet does not affect the amount of fat in breastmilk, although it can affect the type of fat

    I noticed when I drank coconut milk, I had a thicker cream layer in the pumped milk that stood in the fridge I know research says it's not true, but that's what I noticed.
