Default 3 months, teething, night waking

My 3 month old is getting his first tooth. I can see and feel it. I've had to give him some Tylenol to help ease him through the pain.

At night, he's suddenly doing this:
    Asleep by 7:30.
    Up to eat at 11:30
    Again at 2
    Again at 4
    Again by 5:30
Up for the day around 7

That's WAY more than he was eating at night before. I know growth spurts happen at 3 months, but I thought we'd done this about a week ago.

He's 16 or more pounds and just turned 3 months.

Is he just eating more to soothe those gums? Do babies typically eat more when teething?

Well I am pretty sure that Robert is teething, but even if he isn't through shots and anything else that is painful for him he nurses constantly for comfort.

Yup, normal. It give counter pressure on the gums, so teething tends to equal more nightwaking and more nursing.
