    Default BLW question

My daughter is 7 months old. We started giving her finger foods at 6 months. She was showing a lot of interest in what we were eating and always tried grabbing food off our plates. Now that we've been offering her more foods, she seems to be less interested. She just plays with the food and rarely puts the food in her mouth. She makes a disgusted face when she gets the food anywhere near her mouth, even when her mouth is closed! She hardly ever tastes the food I give her. Should I just keep offering her food or hold off a month or so?? Thank you in advance!

Keep offering. It's mostly for fun at first, anyway.

Touching, squishing, lifting, grabbing- those are all important learning experiences.
Coolest thing my big girl said recently: "How can you tell the world is moving when you are standing on it?"
Coolest thing my little girl sang recently: "I love dat one-two pupples!"
