    Default smelly milk- not frozen

    Lately I've noticed that my breast milk smells... off. Wether it's thawed, freshly pumped, a leak on my shirt. Whatever. Any thoughts?

    Change in diet? New vitamins? Pregnant?

    not that i can think of for the first two and sure hope not for second.

    thinking about it- I have started running.. thats the only change I can think of
