Default Newly Dairy Free - Less Milk Supply? Help!

Hi everyone -- my daughter is 10.5 weeks old and has severe reflux. Her pediatrician recommended that she would benefit from me going dairy free, which I did 6 days ago, and I've already seen seen a huge improvement in her mood and gassiness. Hooray! Unfortunately, I've also noticed that my milk supply from my right breast (my traditionally less dominant one) has decreased significantly (I've been pumping for a half an hour and barely have an ounce, while my left appears to have 2.5 ozs, which is less as well). My breasts also feel less full in general. I'm still trying to eat as many calories. Argh -- not sure what to do, or if this could even be a factor. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

PS I also started birth control again, Jolivette, which is progestin-only, about 2 weeks ago...

Not eating dairy will not affect your milk supply.

Things that will affect milk supply - not drinking enough fluids (up your water intake).

I'd be more suspicious of the birth control.

avoiding dairy will absolutely not affect your supply

I'd vote birth control, too. http://www.kellymom.com/health/meds/birthcontrol.html
