Good news! I'm feeling the negative feelings less and less. I still feel it some with each letdown, but it's getting much more bearable. I guess maybe my hormones are evening out? I did make a doctor's appointment, but unfortunately it's not until June. The only problem now is to keep my blood sugar up since I had a really low spell last night (preexisting hypoglycemia issues). Oh, and thanks to yoginimama for suggesting to watch TV or something to distract me from any bad feelings. It does help.
