Thread: help with negative feelings

Good news! I'm feeling the negative feelings less and less. I still feel it some with each letdown, but it's getting much more bearable. I guess maybe my hormones are evening out? I did make a doctor's appointment, but unfortunately it's not until June. The only problem now is to keep my blood sugar up since I had a really low spell last night (preexisting hypoglycemia issues). Oh, and thanks to yoginimama for suggesting to watch TV or something to distract me from any bad feelings. It does help.

I'm really glad to hear this. I was wondering how you were doing.

Keep us posted and hang out. I also used to read this forums when I was nursing a lot. Heck, I still do.

I hope it gets better and better.

Spent an awful lot of time on here in the early days with both of mine. I think for anyone, negative feelings or not, a distraction is helpful. After you get past the wonder of your baby, it can get kind of boring and lonely sitting around nursing all day.
