Hello, there. I go back to work tomorrow and I have a few oz. of milk in the fridge that has been thawed out and sitting there for 2 days in bottles. Should I have my mom give it to my LO or throw it out? It smells fine and it had been in the freezer for about 33 days before then. TIA!

once thawed, use within 24 hours or toss. Sorry. I would not use it. And I'm fairly lax about a lot of the "rules." But I find it's a lot more....delicate....after thawing.

use it for anything but consumption. i have a thread where there are other uses for breastmilk. BM not fit for consumption rather than waste it, use it as diaper rash ointment, cradle cap treatment, acne wash that kind of thing
