    Default Weight loss and milk supply

    I am so ready to start losing weight but I'm nervous about my supply. Just before I got pregnant I was eating a vegan diet and lost weight quickly. I'd like to go start eating vegan again, gradually (we have a lot of cheese in the house to use up!). Any thoughts or experiences with weight loss and/or vegan eating and the impact on supply? My baby is 13 weeks. I gained A LOT of weight during pregnancy and am feeling not so healthy.

    There should be no problem as long as you lose the weight gradually (1-1.5 lbs per week), make sure you drink plenty of fluids, and get your B12 supplements.
