    Default Lopsided...

My right breast always fills full and my left not so much...it's really strange to me. I try to nurse as evenly as possible on both sides, but it always seems like my right side is full and there's not much in the left. Why is that?

I think most women are uneven to begin with (before pregnancy), breastfeeding/milk production just makes it more noticeable. And normally has no bearing on which breast is the better producer or the preferred side for some LOs.

with Tiffony. If the lopsidedness bothers you, try to start more nursing sessions on the underachieving side. That may help boost production on that side, as babies suck most enthusiastically and drain the breast most completely at the beginning of a feeding.
