Default Quick question about freezing breast milk

I have expressed breast milk that's been sitting in the fridge for 3-4 days. Can I still freeze it? Thanks!

Taste it. If it still tastes OK, sure, you can freeze it.

It's good in the fridge for 7-8 days, and you can freeze it at any point during that time.

The sniff/taste test is always a good idea.

make sure you know what your BM tastes like first. I threw out a bunch that was perfectly fine because it tasted yucky. Turns out my BM just tastes yucky to me.
