    Default defrosted breastmilk

Once breastmilk has been frozen and thawed, how long does it last in the fridge and how long does it last at room temperature?

24 hrs in the fridge before tossing it.

room temp i think is the usual amount oftime, depending on the temp of environment: 4-6hrs

That 24 HR window stars from when it is completely thawed, i.e. no slush.
