I'm very skinny, and I'm skinnier (does this word exist?) than I was before my pregnancy. And that is terrible in a country were everybody wants curves hehe, but that's not the point.
I didn't do any exercise pre pregnancy, but right now I feel I need some action, other than being in the office or at home. I looove my little princess more than anything and I don't know if this is selfish but sometimes I need some time for myself, even if it's 30 minutes.
Ok back to the topic, I want to jog...Someone told me that exercising too much could lower milk supply, and more if I have never exercised before, is this true? I can only pump 3 oz more or less per session, and I can't afford to lose supply.
