    Default Hey, I learned something about latching!

    It really does help if you put a hand underneath your breast on your rib cage and lift up a little bit. This has helped us go from a mildly uncomfortable latch to a totally comfortable one even using the nipple shield.

    Yeah, that can really help, especially if you're a larger-breasted Mom! One LC I saw suggested something really helpful: roll up a cloth diaper or washcloth and tuck it under your breast. That helps prop you up, and leaves you with two hands free.
