    Default Increasing supply EP

My son is 4 months old & I have had a hard time maintaing my supply lately. What I am wondering is if I can increase my supply at this late date and how I would go about doing it. I EP and I am taking More Milk plus already. My supply was established & then I had some things happen in my personal life & skipped some pumps. I am back on schedule now but it hasn't seemed to return my supply to what it was. Is it even possible to do at this point?

How often are you pumping? One of things pumping has in common with bfing is that you need to do it more often if you want to increase your supply.

Also, what is your supply? How much do you get a day? What is your goal?

And it is not too late.

If I am here I am covered in baby (probably two) and fighting for control of the keyboard.
