Re: First time mom, low supply. Help!

I have to say, I am no expert, but I had/have a very similar experience. I too have an extremely low milk supply. I started out getting what you are getting.

In terms of what you should do to...
  2. Re: Is there any hope left for me? (first time poster - sorry it's long)

Hang in there! I have many of of the same problems you have. I got a hospital grade pump, domperidone, fenugreek, etc. The thing that works the best for me is getting the baby to latch and pumping...

    Re: low milk supply

Thanks for the advice. I will try anything I can to make more milk. The pumping has worked. Originally I was pumping only about .5 oz total and now I get about 2oz per pump.

    Thanks for the...

    Re: low milk supply

Thanks for responding and for the encouragement, I could use it!

I've spoken to 2 doctors about my production- no PCOS or anything. I do have hypothyroidism, but it's controlled through meds and I...

    low milk supply

I am the mother of twin boys that are now 8 weeks. The boys couldn't latch on to me because my nipples increased in size during pregnancy and were too big for them. I saw 3 lactation consultants in...
