  3. Re: Very Anemic 16 mo. old...what to do?

You know my oldest son struggled. We just used the plain old poly-vi-sol drops at first because it was very low. Then we switched to Floradix while I worked on foods that would naturally increase his...

Re: Ugh - Missing a trip to France

:hug That sucks. But you will get the right chance to goto Europe again. It would not be fun to go and the entire time worry about your LO.

    Re: Milk is Not Coming!

Hi momma, keep putting baby to breast and your milk will come in. Some women have it come in fast and super strong and other women it comes in slower. Mine also took about a week with both...

Re: Is it possible to eat sushi

Why would you not eat sushi while breastfeeding? I never heard of that before. I actually had my DH bring sushi into the hospital after I delivered and enjoyed it often while nursing. I think you...
  11. Re: meal plans & food refusal issues for

I would offer most of what he likes with no more than one new food at a meal. A meal of all new foods is generally a bad idea. And then keep some stuff on standby if he refuses it all, like yogurt as...

    Re: *sigh* Tooth Decay

You are on the right track. I think Colby's discoloration took about 2 months to disappear with the flouride toothpaste and being anal about him not eating or drinking after he brushes at night, even...

I always had to lance mine. But, ugh I did get mastitis through it one time. If you lance it make sure to use sterilized needle and some neosporin on it after.

    Re: 11 month old doesn't self-feed

One more thing, does your child ever gag when food touches his lips? That is red flag for oral sensitivity problems. Mine could literally just look at food or have it close to his lips and he would...

    Re: 11 month old doesn't self-feed

Re: I am so SICK OF THIS!!!!!

Ask your doc about prevacid for reflux.

Do you spray when you let down? A lot of babies who only nurse laying down are because they can...

    Re: It's time.

I found that taking them outside for a total distraction works really well! Also, I would highly recommend upping your other bonding times, like cuddles, reading books, etc.

  24. Re: I think we're going to end up weaned

Also adding my toddler would go a full 2 weeks while sick and not nurse. Then he would keep going back go it when better.
  25. Re: I think we're going to end up weaned
