    i started walking around the block with dad and the stroller within days of coming home - it really helped with brining down the swelling of my legs after c-section ... and my milk supply and baby...

    during the day he eats every 2/3 hours, his last feed's at about 21:00, then he sleeps until 02:30, feeds and then wakes up about 06:30 ....
