    Re: Pain with Pumping

IF you've tried everything, and it sounds like you have, go for the Pumpin Pal flanges. I bought them as a last resort and they work great once you get used to them.

Re: Pump is starting to hurt

I like to use coconut oil on my nipples when I pump. I also recommend the pumpin pal flanges too. I'm on my second LO using them and haven't had any nipple pain since I switched from the medela...

    Re: Maxed out pump settings

    Re: Medela Softfit Breastshields

Yes, the SoftFit are no longer made. Sometimes you can find them on ebay or amazon. I agree that the Pumpin Pals are a good alternative.

    Re: proper fit of breastshield

Luckily for you, they have a 100% money back guarantee, unlike 99% of other pumping gear. You should get your money back. I guess that shows how well they work for most everyone else. And no, I don't...

    Re: proper fit of breastshield

I agree with using the Pumpin Pal flanges. I use the large and medium size, but have also used the XL on occasion. Takes all of the guess work out of sizing and they are much more comfortable.

Re: Freestyle flaking out after 9 mo?

I have had good luck with Medela service. They replaced my Freestyle even after more than a year. I had some black dust coming from under the battery cover and they replaced the whole unit. Wouldn't...

Re: Anyone ever used pumpin' pal?

It did take me a little while to get the necklace strap adjusted right, but once it is adjusted, you don't have to mess with it anymore. I am kind of surprised when some say the flanges are not as...

Re: Anyone ever used pumpin' pal?

    Hi sandrac,

I had a similar problem at first, then I realized the Pumpin Pals will fit directly into the Medela connectors instead of the flange to flange. I don't know if that is your problem,...
