    Re: Bottle larger than 5oz?

I agree with PP. The whole time my dd was taking a bottle she never had more than 4 ounces at a time.

Re: 11 mth refusing milk at daycare

I hate to be the person to always bring this up, but maybe you are having a lipase problem. Check your milk to see how it tastes/smells.

Maybe you could find a sippy cup that she likes?

    Re: another bottle refuser

Before you go out and buy more bottles, make sure your milk is ok to drink. When my daughter started refusing the bottle it was because I was having a lipase problem and the milk tasted funny. ...

    Re: Pumping War with DH

I agree with PP. My husband had a tendency to just feed the baby instead of trying to figure out what was wrong with her. Smaller bottles might do the job.

    Re: milk supply question

Let me see if I can help at all. I pumped for 10 months until my daughter started taking cows milk at daycare.

It is still early, if I were you I would pump everytime you give her a bottle, your...

Re: Poll: How many Oz in bottle

Maybe you should try a slower nipple (on the bottle!).

My dd never took more than 4 oz at a time.

Re: how to pump supply for freezer?

After his long sleep, you could feed him on one side while you pump on the other. Thats what we did. It takes a little juggling, but it worked.

Sticky: Re: Scalding breastmilk due to excessive Lipase

I just watched and when there were bubbles around the edges, I considered it scalded.

Sticky: Re: Scalding breastmilk due to excessive Lipase

If it were a metabolism issue with me it would be a slow metabolism. LOOKING at a jelly donut makes me gain weight.
I have no idea why it happens.

Re: Is my toddler weaning himself?

Well, do you want him to keep nursing? If you do, you had better keep asking. But it sounds to me like he is getting ready.
Maybe you should try the don't offer, don't refuse method, and see how...

Re: Confused about toddler feeding at night

Re: Question about teeth and BFing...

my dd latch always gets weird when she is getting new teeth. Like she dosn't quite know what to do with the new teeth.
I would just re-adjust the latch. Eventually it always fixed itself.

    Re: Planning WAY Ahead

My daughter is just over a year. If we were going away I would only pump as many times as she nurses a day, maybe only at those times.
She nurses once when she wakes up, once when I get home from...

  20. Re: Sour MM? Lipase issue possible at this point?

Re: 23 mo - wean before trip?

If you are only gone for 4 days, and he only nurses once a day, I bet if he isn't ready to wean that you will still be able to nurse when you get back.
Of course he may not want to by then.
    I...

  23. Re: 10 Months Old and Still Refusing Bottle

    Re: Is he self-weaning?
