    fresh is best but I always use oldest frozen milk first and freeze the fresh just in case I ran into supply issue with pumping at work.

    maybe your baby is just an efficient nurser. I wouldn't worry about how long your baby stays on the breast as long as there's plenty of wet daipers and weight gain is normal. my little was the same...

    I transferred the EBM from my medela bottles into a baby bottle ( I use Playtex Ventaire). I would put 4 oz in each bottle and leave an extra bag of milk in the freezer, just in case.

    i was also against pacifier use until i had my son. it definitely was a life saver for us. he needed it for sleep and car rides and he outgrew at 15 months with my help of course.
