    When I left the hospital I was using Soothies, but now that my milk has really come in they get yucky way before 72 hours. I've been applying breast milk and/or lanolin and trying to leave it exposed...

    I don't think they did. I was wondering about tongue tie. I think I'm going to call the lactation consultant at the hospital today. I'm pretty sure the insurance isn't going to cover it. Grrr.

    It's a throbbing, burning kind of pain. No itching. It kills me when fabric brushes against them but is only uncomfortable when water hits them in the shower. Up until yesterday it only really hurt...
