    I just went through this with my Preemies. The hardest thing Alexa had was that she was taking the nipple- but not far enough in to stimulate the sucking reflux.

    I'm not help on much but when I had to re-lactate with DS- I used the SNS during the day and co-slept at night. i'm sure someone will be better help though.

    All three of my kids would scream and spit up until they were put on ranitidine or prevacid. It worked wonders.
