    You can also use oat flour in place of regular flour in recipes. Also, I take oat straw in capsule form. You can get order some from Amazon or an herb company.

    You can take it in a tea too. Breastea.com has a good one with fenugreek and other herbs that help supply. A lot of women say the tea helped up their supplies.

    Uneven supply is very common. Most women have one breast that produces more than the other. I do too. My right produces about double what my left does!

    How well will this work?

    So, my doctor wrote me a script for domperidone and I got it filled at a compounding pharmacy. How long until I notice an effect? And has it worked well for anyone on here? This is my last hope....

    Is there any way that you can rent a hospital grade pump? They can be pricey but my insurance paid for six months free for me. I use the Medela Lactina hospital grade pump. They work a lot better...
