Re: Ate Something I wasn't suppose to

I have only heard of steering clear of sushi while pregnant, not while bf'ing. I have had sushi a number of times while brestfeeding...

Maybe there is a concern that I am not aware of, LOL.

We did recently add more solids - veggies, and a "lunch" time feeding. My milk supply decreased A LOT over the course of just a few days, and I am worried. I get up in the middle of the night to...

    Re: Pumping schedule and working?

    Thanks for the insights!!!

Yeah, she's been sleeping through the night for a while, and I only started to pump at night when I went back to work, for fear of supply issues.

    Re: Pumping schedule and working???

On weekends, it actually seems like she eats less often...but I don't really keep track - which I probably should.

I do have a supply built up, we are a little more than a month out...i.e. the...

Re: Supply and recently returning to work.

    I have...
