    How long before you were yourself?

    I've heard it can take upwards of a year for hormones to balance out after weaning.

    Does anyone know if this is accurate?

    no! That is silly...

    I know people who gave their baby a bottle of formula to go to sleep and they have major tooth rot, but there is a huge difference. Just another reason to breastfeed.
