    Personally I'd...

    Re: Combo feeder wants applause

Great job! Any amount of BM is so beneficial to your lo - you should be getting many pats on the back. That is a lot to get through.

    :hug
Keep putting her to the breast as much as you can, her sucking will stimulate your supply. Besides that, I don't really have much advice. Have you tried talking to a LLL Leader or going to a...

    Re: trouble latching on etc

You could try nursing him with him laying on your stomach. Others who have a forceful let down say it helps a lot.

    Good luck! :hug

    Re: Burping question

For some reason DH can get our lo to burp without any effort, while I seem to be completely useless at it. :shrug Lately I've found that if I lay her down & pick her back up again she'll burp. Or if...

Re: Breast Pads & Sore Nipples

For me, Lansinoh & Medela breast shields work wonders. Keeps anything from touching the nipples.

    Re: After delivery...

A lot of people have recommended a SNS for supplementing. You could also try using a spoon or syringe.

Hope you have no problems this time around!

My 6wk old gets fussy about that time also. It's been getting better, but she still has a good 3-4 hour period where she is like that.

    Re: lately baby gets fussy...

I'll have to try walking around like that - my LO is at the very gassy stage as well. Haven't tried gripe water, though I've started giving her Infacol. Hopefully it'll help.
  19. Re: green & blood poop- oversupply or allergy???

Have you mentioned the blood to your dr? Unfortunately I don't know what would help in that situation, though I'm sure someone on here will!
Meanwhile, sending you lots of :hug .

    Re: Questions for y'all...

That's all mine did in the first weeks - eat & sleep! As pp's have said, so long as you're getting plenty wet/dirty diapers, you should be fine.

Re: not making enough milk ?!!!

From what others have said about milk supply concerns - as long as there are enough wet/dirty diapers in a 24hr period, everything should be fine.

Check out this regarding supply issues.
