Just thought of something else, too. If your clinicals are in different settings/places (for example, different outpatient clinics or different inpatient wards), it never hurts to just ask the staff for help. Like you said, you're probably not the first mama who's doing this! For example, in one clinic I occasionally work in, there's another mama who pumps there and so they had a system set up where someone gives up their office to her and they even had a sign saying "meeting in progress" to put on the door when she's pumping. So when I'm working there they do the same for me. I had to ask, but I've found that people are usually happy to accommodate my pumping needs - it's not something people really talk about but once you tap into the network the resources are there!
