Doulas Care Birth Doula Training
DONA Birth Doula Training Weekend June 1-3, 2012 in Ypsilanti, MI!
If you are interested in becoming a Doula you can attend this DONA Birth Doula training workshop
with Kate Stroud on June 1-June 3, 2012. Kate Stroud is a DONA certified Doula Trainer, Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator and Massage Therapist. She will be conducting this training for individuals who are interested in becoming Birth Doulas either as an independent career or as a way to learn more about the process of supporting someone through the childbearing year. This class meets the first step of being able to become a certified Doula through DONA International (see www.DONA.org).
The fee for this is set at $150 if you are interested in becoming a volunteer for the Doulas Care program or for the Dial a Doula program at University of Michigan Women’s Hospital. If you are not able to be a volunteer but would like to take a DONA Doula Training you can register for $350.
