I can move the tissue around. I don't know it that's the same as what you describe
![]() I personally don't pump unless I have to with these. I have OALD and OS anyway, So I nurse the baby as much as I can and only if I'm still really full and super sore do I pump. I pumped yesterday after getting the plug out becuase nursing didn't seem to make a dent in the soreness or the lumpy area, so I pumped while massaging he painful area until it was better. IMHO, IME, one session isn't going to really make a huge difference long-term. And I don't look at it at all as stash building. It's doing what I have to do. Rested with a big glass of water, nursing baby and a heating pad helped a lot. gotta go. L being a fussbucket.

I STILL have this. It's gotten smaller since I've started the lecithin (thanks Molly
) but it's the size of a quarter if I reach under the hard little nub that actually hurts. I'm starting to worry.![]()

I'll have to call her again. It's not painful, except during a letdown.

Bumping to update this because I've noticed that in the past couple of days it's gotten smaller to the point where it's barely noticeable.
Lu was kneading my breast to get a letdown a couple of days ago and it really hurt! She did it again tonight (I had pumped shortly before leaving work so she had to "call in" a bit ) and it wasn't as painful and the lump is about the size of a petite pea now. Hopefully it will just continue to go away.![]()
